wait times and shipping

Most of my pieces are made to order and are not ready to ship immediately. WAIT TIMES FOR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE UP TO 2-6 WEEKS between payment and shipping BUT THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE.

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your package is on its way. Please note that I am one person, and I am chronically ill, so sometimes I have to take a day or so off unexpectedly. I appreciate your patience.

Orders are created in the order that they are placed. I reserve the right to take longer than the estimated 2-6 weeks to stitch and ship your order based on how many orders are before you, the complexity and/or size of your order, etc. Embroidery is not a fast art, but I will do my best to get your order stitched as quickly as I can!

Commissions will have their own individualized wait times.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WAIT TIMES AFTER DATE OF SHIPMENT. After you receive your email with tracking information, wait times are up to the postal service. The estimates I provide are the ones provided by USPS, but they are not always accurate.

To avoid over- or under- charging due to destination or paying for shipping multiple times on orders with multiple items, shipping is never built into the prices of my products. Shipping prices will always be additional and listed separately from products on your receipt. If a sale or promotion says that shipping is free, that means I did not raise my item prices to compensate, so it really is free.


Full payment is required before I begin working on or order supplies for made-to-order items and jewelry commissions. I do not offer payment plans. For large commissions, deposits may be available. Contact me for more information.

I only accept online payments through my website checkout process, which is compatible with: Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB.

United States sales tax may apply.

refunds and returns

I do not accept returns. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me.

PLEASE read the full product descriptions before ordering to make sure your expectations of the product are accurate. All hand-embroidered items are slightly unique and will have slight variances in the stitching/color distribution/symmetry.

I do not offer refunds as an apology for waitlist complaints. By ordering you agree to my waitlist as outlined in my terms of service above.

I do not accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped.



If your item breaks (and it is not an accident or could have been avoided by following the care instructions linked above), contact me and we can discuss potential repairs or replacements, depending on supply availability. I assess repairs on a case-by-case basis.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING, CONTACT ME with photos of damage within 30 days of your order’s delivery.


I will never use your personal information, including but not limited to your name, payment, shipping, or contact information for anything unrelated to your order, nor will I share it with anyone. I will not use your email to send promotional emails unrelated to your order without your consent.
